01The problem

Your hardest day should not be fueled like your rest day.

Static calorie and macro plans ignore the single biggest variable in an athlete's week: training. Here's the same athlete, four very different days.

Sample data

Recovery day

2,400 kcal/240g carbs

Lower energy, high protein, fiber-forward meals

Heavy lifting day

3,000 kcal/340g carbs

Protein anchored around the session, recovery dinner

Long-run day

3,150 kcal/420g carbs

Carb emphasis before, immediately after, and all day

Double-session day

3,350 kcal/420g carbs

Two fueling windows plus a between-session meal

02How it works

From training plan to grocery cart in five steps.

Start with step one
  1. 01

    Upload or connect your training

Screenshots, PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, pasted text — or sync from the platforms you already use.

  2. 02

    Confirm your workout schedule

We organize everything into a training calendar. Review it, tweak it, and confirm it in seconds.

  3. 03

Set your goals and food preferences

Goals, dietary pattern, allergies, budget, prep time, and where you shop.

  4. 04

Get your meals and grocery list

Exact meals with portions, timed around every session, plus one consolidated store-ready list.

  5. 05

Check in and adapt each week

A two-minute check-in tunes next week's plan to your energy, hunger, recovery, and schedule changes.

03The system

A calorie app hands you numbers. We hand you the grocery list.

Every other nutrition tool stops at targets and leaves the hard part — what to actually buy and cook — to you. Wolcottgoes all the way to a priced, store-ready shopping list. That's the whole point.

01

Workout-plan scanning

Reads the plan you already have — from your coach, an app, or a note on your phone.

02

Strength + endurance analysis

Understands lifting and running demands together — the hybrid gap most nutrition apps miss.

03

Exact meals and portions

Real food with real amounts, not just macro targets to figure out yourself.

04

Meal timing around workouts

Pre-workout, post-workout, and between-session fueling scheduled to your actual session times.

05

One-tap meal substitutions

Don't like a meal? Swap it for an alternative with matched nutrition targets.

06

Store-specific grocery planning

A consolidated list priced and organized for the store where you actually shop.

07

Budget & prep-time controls

Set a weekly budget and a max prep time — plans respect both.

08

Weekly performance check-ins

Quick feedback on energy, hunger, and adherence keeps plans honest.

09

Adaptive future plans

Next week's plan learns from this week — training changes and all.

04Upload anything

Your plan can live anywhere. We read it all.

Screenshots, PDFs, spreadsheets, training platforms, lifting apps — if your workouts are written down somewhere, that's enough.

05The part every other app skips

One list, priced for your store.

This is where a calorie count becomes actual dinner. Every ingredient maps back to the meals that use it, sized to your exact week, and matched to the store where you shop — so you walk out with a full cart, not a spreadsheet.

Store integrations are in development. Prices shown are illustrative demonstration data, not live retail prices.

Built responsibly

Serious fueling deserves serious review.

07Early feedback

What beta athletes are telling us.

Sample testimonials from our fictional prototype beta group — shown to illustrate the product experience.

I used to guess at carbs before simulation days. Having the plan shift automatically when my training shifts is the whole point — I just follow the list.

09Questions

The things people actually ask me.

Read all questions
What can I upload?
Screenshots, PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, or plain pasted text — if your training is written down somewhere, that's enough. You don't need a special format, and you don't need a coach: a plan you wrote yourself in your notes app works fine.
How does it decide what I should eat?
A deterministic nutrition engine takes your profile (age, size, goals, preferences) and the training week you uploaded, then calculates your energy, protein, carbohydrate, fat, hydration, and meal-timing targets from published sports-nutrition guidance. The same inputs always produce the same numbers.
What about allergies and foods I won't eat?
You set allergies, dietary pattern, and dislikes during onboarding, and plans are built around them. That said, always check ingredients yourself before eating anything on a plan — verifying your own allergens is your responsibility, not something you should outsource to software.
How does the grocery list work?
Everything from your week's meals is consolidated into one store-ready list, sized to what you actually need and organized by the store you pick. Prices shown today are modeled estimates based on typical retail pricing — not live prices pulled from your specific store. Live store-level pricing is in development, and estimates are labeled as estimates until it ships.
Is the AI making up my calories and macros?
No — and this is the part worth understanding. Your targets come from the deterministic engine, not from a language model. AI does exactly two jobs: it reads the training you upload, and it describes meals that fit the targets the engine already set. A guard rejects any meal text that drifts from those numbers before it reaches you.
What if I have a health condition or a history of disordered eating?
Please talk to a qualified healthcare professional before following any generated plan. The engine is built to refer out rather than guess: inputs suggesting a clinical or specialized need trigger a recommendation to work with a professional instead of relying on automated planning. If a plan ever conflicts with advice from your provider, follow your provider.

Your workouts change every day. Your nutrition should too.

Stop using the same nutrition plan for every training day.
